CyvoSellerBook is an offline-first seller management app for small sellers who manage customers, orders, payments, invoices, products, expenses, reminders, and analytics. CyvoSellerBook does not require you to create an account.

Data stored on your device

Your business data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, or back it up using your device's sharing options. This may include customer names, phone numbers, addresses or delivery notes you add, orders, products, payment records, invoices, expenses, follow-up reminders, message templates, business profile settings, app settings, and backup history/status. CyvoSellerBook does not upload this business data to CyvoSellerBook servers.

Manual backup and sharing

CyvoSellerBook allows you to export backup files, CSV files, PDFs, invoices, reports, and other documents. When you export or share a file, you choose where to send or save it. External apps and services are governed by their own privacy policies.

WhatsApp and external apps

CyvoSellerBook may open WhatsApp or your device's share sheet with prefilled text or document attachments. CyvoSellerBook does not send WhatsApp messages automatically.

Subscriptions and RevenueCat

Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and managed using RevenueCat to verify subscription status. RevenueCat may process purchase and device identifiers necessary to validate your subscription. CyvoSellerBook does not require an account to subscribe.

Advertising (AdMob)

Free plan users may see ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, governed by Google's own privacy policy.

No account required

CyvoSellerBook does not require you to create an account. Subscriptions are restored through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Business data is restored separately using manual backup/import.
