CyvoSellerBook is an offline-first seller management app for small sellers who manage customers, orders, payments, invoices, products, expenses, reminders, and analytics.

CyvoSellerBook does not require you to create an account.

Your business data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, or back it up using your device sharing options. This may include customer names, phone numbers, addresses or delivery notes you add, orders, products, payment records, invoices, expenses, follow-up reminders, message templates, business profile settings, app settings, and backup history/status.

CyvoSellerBook does not upload this business data to CyvoSellerBook servers.

Manual backup and sharing

CyvoSellerBook allows you to export backup files, CSV files, PDFs, invoices, reports, and other documents. When you export or share a file, you choose where to send or save it. External apps and services are governed by their own privacy policies.

WhatsApp and external apps

CyvoSellerBook may open WhatsApp or your device share sheet with prefilled text or document attachments. CyvoSellerBook does not send WhatsApp messages automatically.

Subscriptions and purchases

CyvoSellerBook Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. CyvoSellerBook uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and Pro entitlement. RevenueCat, Apple, and Google may process purchase-related information such as product purchased, subscription status, purchase history, app user or device identifiers used for subscription management, and store transaction information. CyvoSellerBook does not receive your full payment card details.

Advertising

The free version may show ads using Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. AdMob may collect or process data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app activity related to ad delivery, diagnostics, approximate location, or other information depending on Google SDK behavior, user settings, and consent choices. Ads are not shown to active Pro subscribers.

Analytics

Business analytics inside the app, such as sales totals, unpaid balances, best-selling products, and top customers, are calculated locally from your app data on your device.

Data retention

Business data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or restore/replace it using a backup.

Data deletion

You can delete data by deleting records inside the app where supported, clearing app data from your device settings, uninstalling the app, or deleting exported backup files from wherever you saved them.

Security

CyvoSellerBook is designed to keep business data local to your device. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, app access, exported files, and backup files.

Third-party services

CyvoSellerBook may use RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, WhatsApp, and external sharing apps. These services have their own privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may update the Last updated date and, where appropriate, notify users in the app.
