By using CyvoSellerBook, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

CyvoSellerBook is an offline-first seller management app for small sellers who manage customers, orders, products, payments, invoices, reminders, expenses, backups, and business analytics.

No account required

CyvoSellerBook does not require account registration. Most business data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and backing up your data.

Free Plan

The free plan may include limits such as 50 customers, 100 orders, 30 invoices per month, 5 message templates, 1 invoice template, ads, and a CyvoSellerBook watermark on documents.

CyvoSellerBook Pro may include no ads, no invoice/document watermark, unlimited customers, unlimited orders, unlimited invoices, unlimited message templates, all invoice templates, advanced analytics export, full Pro tools, and future premium features.

Subscriptions

CyvoSellerBook Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase and is provided by Apple or Google. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled according to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Restore purchases

The app may include a Restore Purchases button to restore active subscriptions on supported platforms.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled according to Apple or Google policies. CyvoSellerBook does not process payment cards directly.

Your data and backups

You are responsible for exporting and safely storing backups of your business data. CyvoSellerBook is not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, device damage, app deletion, operating system issues, user error, failed manual backups, or third-party app/storage issues.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use CyvoSellerBook for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer data complies with laws applicable to your business.

No professional advice

CyvoSellerBook provides tools for organizing business information. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyvoSellerBook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the app.
