These terms govern your use of the CyvoSellerBook app. By using CyvoSellerBook, you agree to these terms.

No account required

CyvoSellerBook does not require you to create a CyvoSellerBook account or log in. Your access to the app and its features is tied to the device and app store account you install it with.

Subscriptions

CyvoSellerBook Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID or Google Play account used to subscribe to regain Pro access. This restores your subscription only — it does not restore your business data.

Your responsibility for business data

Your customers, orders, invoices and other business data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for creating manual backups and restoring them if you change or lose your device. CyvoSellerBook is not able to recover data that was never backed up.

Acceptable use

You agree to use CyvoSellerBook for legitimate business record-keeping and not to use it to violate WhatsApp's, Apple's, or Google's own terms of service.
